Surah At-Tawbah 9:109
109At-Tawbah 9:109
أَفَمَنۡ أَسَّسَ بُنۡيَٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ تَقۡوَىٰ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضۡوَٰنٍ خَيۡرٌ أَم مَّنۡ أَسَّسَ بُنۡيَٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ شَفَا جُرُفٍ هَارٍ فَٱنۡهَارَ بِهِۦ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ١٠٩
EnglishSahih International
Then is one who laid the foundation of his building on righteousness [with fear] from Allah and [seeking] His approval better or one who laid the foundation of his building on the edge of a bank about to collapse, so it collapsed with him into the fire of Hell? And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
فارسیعبدالمحمد آیتی
آيا كسى كه بنيان مسجد را بر ترس از خدا و خشنودى او نهاده بهتر است، يا آن كسى كه بنيان مسجد را بر كناره سيلگاهى كه آب زير آن را شسته باشد نهاده است تا با او در آتش جهنم سرنگون گردد؟ و خدا مردم ستمگر را هدايت نمى‌كند.
