Surah Taha 20:134
134Taha 20:134
وَلَوۡ أَنَّآ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُم بِعَذَابٍ مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لَوۡلَآ أَرۡسَلۡتَ إِلَيۡنَا رَسُولًا فَنَتَّبِعَ ءَايَٰتِكَ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن نَّذِلَّ وَنَخۡزَىٰ ١٣٤
EnglishSahih International
And if We had destroyed them with a punishment before him, they would have said, "Our Lord, why did You not send to us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses before we were humiliated and disgraced?"

اگر پيش از آمدن پيامبرى عذابشان مى‌كرديم، مى‌گفتند: اى پروردگار ما، چرا رسولى بر ما نفرستادى تا پيش از آنكه به خوارى و رسوايى افتيم، از آيات تو پيروى كنيم؟
